We know that rolling our new software can be a challenge in any organization. To help you get the most out of our implementation team, we have designed this program to align with the reality of how you will launch your project.
Of course, we’ll tailor this schedule to meet your project objectives, but we have incorporated lessons learned from our most successful clients into this program to ensure that you, too, will be successful!

Onboarding & Project Planning
Work with our implementation specialists to create your path forward. Understand your goals, and tailor your roll-out to meet your project objectives.
Week 1

Understanding Competencies & Jobs
Make decisions regarding how you are going to use competencies in your company and incorporate them into your job description.
Work with our technical experts to determine the best way to get your job data into CompetencyCore, configure your job description structure, and identify one job group to start with for training purposes.
Engage with a competency expert to get best practice advice on implementing competencies into your HR processes.
Weeks 2 & 3

Determining Roles & Responsibilities
Our technical implementation experts will help you identify the best way for you to get your users into the system and discuss special requirements for setting security groups and permissions.
Week 4
4.
Job Validation & Publishing
Learn how to engage your stakeholders in providing feedback on the job descriptions and competency profiles. Launch your first job validation surveys with your pilot group, incorporate their feedback and publish your jobs.
Week 5
5.
Building Interview Guides & Wrap-Up
For your newly published jobs, build interview guides by leveraging the competency suggestions built into the software.
Upon completion of this six week program, you will have the knowledge and confidence to roll-out this program across the rest of your organization.
