HRSG is committed to providing the highest quality job descriptions and competencies available on the market. Leveraging our AI capabilities, we can keep pace with changes in the labor market and provide you up-to-date and comprehensive job requirements for over 650 jobs.
We have captured our latest updates in our 2020 Content Edition which will be available to all clients in December 2019.
What’s included?
Competencies
We are adding 19 new competencies to our standard offering. All of these competencies will have all the wrap-around content that HRSG is known for, including behavioral interview questions and learning resources. These competencies will also be incorporated in off-the-shelf job descriptions and included in the AI suggestions in our Competency Suggestion Engine.

We are expanding the number of job titles included in our bank by adding a number of jobs into existing groupings, as well as adding brand new groups.

The existing 546 job descriptions included in the 2019 Content Edition (released in 2018) are also getting a refresh! Using the new competencies added to the standard offering (described above), all competency profiles for the existing jobs are being reviewed to determine any changes required in the associated competencies.

What's a content subscription plan?
In 2019, HRSG started offering an all-in content subscription plan that gives CompetencyCore users access to the full set of content included in our standard offering. (Think of a Netflix-type subscription model where you get access to the full library of content.)
On an annual basis, we update and add new competencies and jobs, reflecting changes in the world of work. Competencies may also be retired from our standard offering. Retired competencies will never be removed from your CompetencyCore site, just not available to new customers.
CompetencyCore users who are not on a content-subscription plan can upgrade at any time for a fee.
How can I access the new competencies and jobs?
For content subscribers, a member of the HRSG Customer Success Team will be in touch to discuss the optimal plan for updates.
